⧫⧫ Grandidierite is an extremely rare mineral and gem that was first discovered in 1902 in southern Madagascar. It often displays a lovely blue-green color and is seldom seen in gem or jewelry collections. It has a hardness of 7.5, which makes it very resistant to scratching and ideal for jewelry use. It has perfect cleavage in two directions, which makes it challenging to cut. Its scarcity makes this a relatively little known gemstone.

⧫⧫ Care for grandidierite: Due to this gemstone's cleavage and “brittle” tenacity, this gemstone may have increased susceptibility to blows and chipping. *Avoid* mechanical cleaning systems. Instead, use a soft brush, mild detergent, and warm water.

Great buy!

I got the pendant for my grandson and was super happy with the purchase. The buddha was a perfect size. The pendant was packed in a beautiful jewelry box. I will definitely buy from this seller again!

Great connector

Purchased 2 in the rose gold to go with a vintage rose gold rolo chain. The closure is really strong so this brings me confidence using these for daily wear. The seller also was great to deal with.

Functional charm, difficult to open

The circle charm holder holds around 3 charms comfortably, although they will overlap with each other. The mechanism is difficult to hold open, and I fear the suggestion of using the charm bail to open the charm holder will warp my more delicate charms.

So beautiful!

The jewelry tray was made very well and such a gorgeous shade of pink!
