Shipping Policy

All of our shipments will come with full tracking and insurance, except for items that are less than $50 that are shipped internationally (in that case, the item will be shipped via USPS First Class International, which does not provide tracking and cannot be insured).

Domestic Customers

Orders under $800 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. No signature is required for delivery.

Orders $800 and over are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A signature is required for delivery of orders over $1000.

No signature is required for orders under $1000.

International Customers

International orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. The carrier chosen for international orders will be based on the location and the exact shipping rates.

Please include a phone number in the notes section of your order if purchasing from outside the US. Due to customs regulations, we cannot ship without a phone number. If we do not receive a phone number from you, this could cause delays in shipping.

Due to increasing international shipping costs, we may need to minimize packaging and ship in flat packs for some international addresses. If it is important for your jewelry to arrive in a jewelry box, then a hard case exterior box, please leave a note with your order. If the shipping cost is significantly higher than what was paid on the order, we will contact you prior to shipping.

 

We offer shipping upgrades to FedEx, DHL, or UPS, for an extra fee. Please contact us for details. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If we need to reship the item due to non-payment of the customs or import taxes, or any local delivery issues, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
