♥ This large baroque pearl is grown from freshwater mollusc from a nucleus inserted into the mollusc by pearl farmers. This is the freshwater farming process and allows pearls to grow to this size and shape under ideal conditions. This pearl was hand-picked from hundreds and thousands of harvested pearls due to its color and luster of the pearl layers.
♥ Each baroque pearl is unique and no two pearls will look alike. This particular pearl is nearly flawless, the only blemish is near the area where the hole is drilled. This is indeed a high quality pearl.
